Myanmar Desperately Needs Your Help!

The situation in Myanmar is dire. On February 1st, 2021, the Myanmar military junta government illegally staged a coup against the democratically elected government which had been in power for the previous decade. Thousands have been politically imprisoned and hundreds have lost their lives. Meanwhile, the country faces a third wave of the COVID-19 virus amid lacking vaccines and oxygen supplies.

The National Unity Government (NUG) stands as the shadow government in Myanmar made up of exiled political leaders working to bring back democratic control to the people of Myanmar. They are joining hands with Ethnic Armed Organizations, civil servants, and nationwide protesters in the fight against the Myanmar military junta.

Myanmar desperately needs financial funding and support. Every dollar in support can help in the fight against the Myanmar military junta and support the people with accessing vaccine and oxygen supplies.
